Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Pizza Dough:
Mix 2.5 cups of Flour with 1tbsp. of water and 1 cup of water. Use a LOT of flour & knead the flour until its doughy and soft, usually about 2-3 minutes.
Chicken:
Just cook in Olive oil with salt & pepper and Oregano
Toppings:
Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing, add chopped up chicken, buffalo sauce (either store bought, or mix equal parts of melted butter & hot sauce), && top with TONS of cheese!
**Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes**
